The input files provided by you play a key role in our collaboration, as they provide valuable information about the project's scope, timeline, budget, and other important details. This includes any project specifications, cad files, blue prints, moodboards, etc. …

You will have access to a document that outlines every step of the production process for a project. This document serves as a roadmap for the project, breaking it down into manageable tasks and milestones.

Even the most punishing trick starts with a magic formula. What we need are floor plans (revit files with extension dwg). We can also read files with extensions max, stp, dxf, fbx, obj, c4d,.... We work BIM compatible. In addition, we need a mood board or style preference: atmosphere, emotion, choice of materials, colors, ...
We check that we have everything and get started. We create a complete project breakdown that includes all the steps, info and a concrete timing. So you know perfectly how the project will go.
Together we capture work in progress and feedback moments. You know down to the hour when you are going to receive a work in progress from us and when your project is final!
We will send you a "WIP 1."
Is the geometry correct? Are the camera positions correct? Do you have any other comments?
You will receive the second work in progress render where all comments from the previous round of feedback have been implemented and everything has been colored in!
Now you can still give feedback on colors and small details so that everything is 100% to your liking.
You will receive the final rendering at 4K resolution (higher resolution on request).

When getting the assignment to commercialise the beautiful new construction project DE KOM in Leopoldsburg, an attractive and realistic representation of the yet-to-be-built residential site was of course a top priority in our marketing plan.
De Kom is a new construction project in Leopoldsburg, located on the marina. The site of the old concrete factory along the canal is being redeveloped into a residential area. In the first phase, 46 flats will be built. Work will start in 2019-2020.
Like real but better. They made our buildings come to life.
Wonderland has developped “our website”. Their knowledge delivered a beautiful, functional site at the front end and a convenient and accessible back office at the back end.
